The Greene County boys soccer team is continuing to enjoy a successful premier season, after winning its first game on the road in Nodaway Valley (Greenfield) 10-0. The team is now 3-0 on the season.
The game against the Wolverines ended via the 10-goal mercy rule with 32-1/2 minutes left to play in the second half. The Rams were ahead 9-0 at halftime.
Leo Marques scored four goals, Cael Fisher scored two, and Yunior Carballo, Junior Gutierrez, Luis Tuesta and Isaiah Losee scored on each.
The Rams host the Ballard Bombers Thursday in Grand Junction. Game time is 5:30 pm.
